Reporting to the Senior Manager Desalination & Water Reuse the Desal & Reuse Innovation Manager is responsible for for developing the applications and customized value proposition in the EMEA territory by creating innovative solutions for the strategic initiatives.
This position is a temporary maternity cover and is located in Barcelona and will be remote
**In this role, a typical day will look like:**
+ Develop and present technical papers at International conferences
+ Create technical abstracts about advance innovative solutions for conference submissions
+ Application and portfolio development for sustainability markets
+ Value proposition development for key stake holders
+ Test instruments and solutions with R&D customer departments as sustainability experts
+ Develop customized solutions based on account strategies
+ Create insights for sustainability international association: AEDYR, ALADYR, IDA, EDS, IWA, WRE
**The essential requirements of the job include:**
+ Engineering degree, with > 10 years’ business-related experience at large, matrix, international organization
+ Complex expertise in sustainability application knowledge required
+ “Out of the box” and creative mindset required with an innovative solution driven background
+ Early career experiences in engineering design, application development and strong technical skills
+ Microsoft Office skills essential; professional experience with SFDC required
