You will focus on enhancing the baseline efficiency of the production floor and improving the performance of the LCS projects running in the facility. You will improve the visibility of LCS on the plant floor, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing continuous improvement strategies. Additionally, the role will be empowered to make engineering decisions on the fly to minimize production changes, reduce faulty cycles (MIRs/OCNs) and maximize lessons learned to avoid operational errors and ensure performance. Guide communication between Engineering, Project Management, and Manufacturing Plant teams.

Your responsibilities:

Improve Efficiency: Evaluate and increase the processes and information flow to increase production efficiency and reliability.

Analyze the customer's requirements to identify the control system strategy solution and determine appropriate industrial controls configurations and architectures. · Develop high quality electrical and layout diagrams and a corresponding Bill of Materials by reviewing customer requirements, standards, quotes, specifications or manager inputs.

Interface with the operations, manufacturing and the project manager to support an engineering design, presents status and options to maintain budget and delivery schedule. · Support manufacturing to assess progress, provides technical assistance during ETO production to reduce downtime and improve response times for new issues, assists during final inspection and approval.

Meet project schedule, engineering hour budgets, and customer satisfaction targets for own activities.Identify scope deviations and communicate early and often the impact to hardware cost, schedule, resource needs or skills to the project manager and department manager.Coordinate customer requirements with engineering and other appropriate departments to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction is achieved.

You will have:Bachelor´s degree in engineering discipline.Experience in electrical design, including schematics and panel layout.2 years related experience.Experience in control system applications, with variable speed drives, drives

systems, and industrial automation systems.
