Job description :

World-renowned for almost 100 years. Located on the North Shore of Montreal, this company pushes the limits of innovation. New role within their R&D team, reporting to the Senior Director, Product Development, you will act as an expert.  

Main responsibilities:

Participate in all phases of product development and production processes. Planning, design and realization of new products. Collaborate in the development of state-of-the-art equipment and technologies that enhance player performance and user experience. Design and develop electromechanical prototypes in line with product specifications and requirements. Contribute to the analysis, design, improvement and implementation of complex electrical and mechanical systems. Carry out tests and simulations to guarantee the performance, reliability and safety of the systems developed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical problems and optimize production processes. Develop and update technical documentation, including schematics, user manuals and test reports. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety requirements. Provide technical support during the various stages of product production. Carry out failure analyses and propose remedial solutions.

Skills and qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in electromechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or related field. OIQ member. Ability to travel abroad (USA and Asia) 15% of the time. Minimum 3 to 5 years or more in a similar role. Apply
