Join Our Innovative Team as an Experience Centre Design Consultant

Location: Wigmore Street, London
Reports to: Experience Centre Manager
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Role Overview:
As an Experience Centre Design Consultant, you will engage with prospective customers and clients, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional luxury experiences. You will assist with event coordination and partner with key industry specifiers, designers, and architects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver tours of the experience centre presenting the brand and product through story telling and expertise.Facilitate the design process for the end consumer and appointed designer/architectSupport and collaboration with our cross functional teamsGreet and build relationships with visitors and industry professionals.Collaborate with the Global EC Chef and support event hosting.Deliver technical product training focused on business benefits.Maintain the highest standards in the Experience Centre.Understand designer needs and industry trends.Represent and promote the F&P brand and value proposition.

Requirements:

Experience in premium/luxury showroom sales.Confident in use of MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.Strong commercial acumen and design skills.Excellent verbal and written communication.
