About this role
This global firm are looking to add a Director of Design to their leadership team. A key strategic hire; this person will be the brand champion, responsible for ensuring design excellence and reinforcing a culture of continuous improvement. The firm is multi-disciplinary so knowledge of, and experience across different typologies is vital. You will be responsible for devising and executing the design strategy of the firm - helping to elevate the firm's reputation for design excellence.

This is a leadership role - with both internal and external-facing responsibilities. Leading the market sector leaders for the different typologies, embracing new technologies, and managing the design teams, while also being the face of the company at conferences and some client meetings.
