Design Engineer - Main Light Group

Creation of 3D and 2D in CAD using Catia V5 (concept and detail work)
Usage and interpretation of common development tools for feasibility confirmation (e.g. FEM, CFD, DFA, DFM, FMEA, etc.)
Tracking of functional maturity, escalation in case of deviations and tracking of identified countermeasures (e.g.: approval preparation, checklist documentation, BOM, etc.)
Monitoring and meeting timing and costs targets including early escalation and definition of countermeasures in case of deviations
As part of design team responsible for System Development of following design characteristics for assigned subassemblies: Styling, Handling / Manufacturing, Design Space Partitioning
Basic knowledge in Electronics Interface (Harness, PCBA´s)
Experienced as designer for manufacturing, specially for injected plastic components.
