In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Leading implementation, transfer, industrialization, and optimization projects. Collaborating with all company departments on the above-mentioned project activities. Designing new processes, equipment, machines, and manufacturing technologies in line with the latest trends and technological advancements. Implementing "Industry 4.0" / IoT solutions and digitization initiatives. Optimizing and improving current production processes in terms of time, cost, quality, and production efficiency using Lean Manufacturing philosophy and tools. Researching and implementing modern technological solutions. Supporting and supervising the creation and updates of documentation, technical drawings, and production process changes arising from these updates, while building a knowledge base and compiling product data. Providing technical and substantive support regarding product construction for production areas and other departments within the company. Systematically and timely preparing summaries and KPI metrics, as well as documenting work and reporting results to the Head of Design and Development Department.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
An engineering degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar position within an international production company. Ability to read and prepare technical documentation. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools and concepts. Fluent in Polish. Proficiency in English at a minimum of a communicative level. Teamwork skills, independence, creativity, effectiveness in action, results-driven mindset, analytical thinking, and the ability to work under pressure. Practical experience in project management.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
