Summary: Seeking a Design Engineer to provide engineering design and analysis support for gas distribution engineering projects.

Requirements:

BS in Engineering from an accredited institution

Minimum of 15 years of experience

Preferred Skills:

NYS Professional Engineering License

Previous engineering and permitting experience with NYS DOT (PERM 32 / PERM 36 / PERM 44)

Previous utility engineering experience

Responsibilities:

Provide technical recommendations and process troubleshooting

Improve process engineering tools and develop procedures

Collaborate with operations, project sponsors, and union design/drafting staff

Coordinate with permitting municipalities and engineering support service providers

 

 

 Pay: 36-48

Pay Details: $36.00 to $48.00 per hour
