The Engineer will be working on both Residential and Commercial projects that involve mixed use properties, sub-divisions, site plans for multi-family and commercial properties. Job Description: + Prepare Engineering construction documents for residential and commercial, and industrial developments to include: site layouts, grading, drainage, utilities, earthwork, soil erosion and sediment control, and civil/site permitting, alignments, designing surfaces, and pipe networks. + Perform design tasks, such as layouts, grading, and drainage, associated with civil engineering projects. + Prepare complex storm water calculations and reports. + Prepare flood studies and flood hazard area permitting. + Ensure technical accuracy, standard engineering practices, and inclusion of appropriate documentation on various plans, reports and design documents + Ensure that assigned projects are completed within the guidelines established by local, state, and federal laws, regulations, standards, and/or policies + Maintain accurate records, notes and other required documentation for assigned projects Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.27/hr.
