You will be responsible to: + Lead the design and development of innovative pharmaceutical manufacturing processes; + Oversee process engineering projects from concept to implementation; + Supervising the construction, installation, commissioning and qualification of the installations or equipment; + Assessing and managing risks to ensure that the installations and equipment complies with all regulatory and legal requirements, while optimized in quality/cost ratio; + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies; + Optimize existing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs; + Performing the Conceptual, Basic and Detailed design of new installations or modifications to existing ones in compliance with the cGMP; + Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing operations; + Participating in the user requirements specifications (URS) definition, understanding and supporting the user needs and contributing to achieve an URS adequate for the intended use; + Preparing and controlling the Project Budget and Project Timeline. We are looking to recruit a Candidate: + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field; + Experience in process design within the pharmaceutical industry; + Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA); + Fluent english level; + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; + Strong leadership and project management abilities; + Effective communication and interpersonal skills; + Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
