Job Title: Design Engineer
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Design Engineer with a strong background in mechanical engineering and a focus on design and manufacturing. The ideal candidate will possess 7-10 years of experience working with complex machinery and hydraulic components. The candidate should be familiar with 3D modeling software, particularly Inventor, and have experience with FEA and CFD software.

ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop standard and prototype hydraulic components and systems.Improve existing product drawings.Design testing systems for product validation.Conduct DFMEAs on new projects.Adhere to ISO 9001 Quality Management System.Accurately quote prospective opportunities.Utilize measuring and testing equipment for troubleshooting.Essential SkillsMechanical Engineering degree or Associate's degree in Science with a focus on design and manufacturing.7-10 years of experience with complex machinery and hydraulic components.Proficiency in 3D modeling software, especially Inventor.Familiarity with FEA and CFD software.Experience with design, mechanical design, and hydraulics.Experience with ball valves, manifolds, and fluid power certification.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with SolidWorks, Unigraphics, AutoCAD, and drafting.Experience with new product development.Inventor and Vault experience.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
