Job Title: Design Engineer
Job Description

The Design Engineer is responsible for creating innovative designs while also managing the successful execution of projects from concept to completion. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams, oversees project planning and execution, and ensures alignment with customer requirements and company goals.

ResponsibilitiesCreate innovative designs for products and components.Manage the successful execution of projects from concept to completion.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.Oversee project planning and execution to meet customer requirements.Ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.Proficiency in Solidworks.Experience with AS9100 standards.Project management experience.Experience in connector or electronic component design.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a manufacturing environment.Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.Work Environment

Office environment within a manufacturing setting. The site is very clean and organized, with recent investments in the facility. The role offers the opportunity to learn and grow quickly within a rapidly growing company. Benefits include paid holidays (13) and two weeks of PTO accrued during the contract.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/hr.
