Job DescriptionComplete the concept & detail design for HPU& Manifold according to customer requirementCheck the drawings and BOM for other engineerSolve the quality issues in shopfloor and customer site (Design related and others)Support or lead standardization design tasksOptimize product structure design scheme to save cost. Provide solutions for CIP.Improve the design with cost saving and standardizationDevelop industry design standardSupport other function (Quotations & MFQ…)Deeply research and provide specific solutions for new business and productsOther temporary task 

 

QualificationsBacheor or above in EngineeringExperience in a Engineering role  > 3 yearsMechanical and Hydraulic Design ExperienceProduct knowledge and Industry sector knowledgeCIP mindsetNetwork and communication skillsLogic thinkingFamiliar with problem solving methodology(5why, PS, 8D etc.)
