Purpose of Role:
This position will play an integral role in designing next generation Dredge related solutions within our collaborative team.

A successful candidate will use their creativity to support current projects and develop new products. The ideal candidate will have a knack for learning and leveraging these tools to develop high quality products quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

Understanding & uncovering customer needs while generating innovative ideas & product solutionsPlanning and running experiments that result in product improvementsDeveloping products and tooling that meet customer and manufacturing requirementsWorking with manufacturing to ensure products meet quality, schedule, & budget by participating in first article manufacturing trials, lab testing, and field trialsIndependently manage schedules of internal and external resourcesIdentifying and implementing opportunities for continuous process improvementSafety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.


Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical EngineeringEffective communication, problem solving, project management and organizational skillsCAD modeling proficiency (NX preferred)Ability to travel up to 5% to manufacturing and customer sites.Passion for developing new & innovative products and solutionsHigh degree of creativity and ability to think outside the box
