Designs products or systems of diverse/difficult scope and complexity for assigned projects + Design, Develop and implement control login in PLCs and configuration of HMI/SCADA systems for operator control and monitoring + Design and optimization of electrical & electronic components for filtration products + Troubleshooting – Diagnose and resolve issues with PLC hardware, software and overall system functionality Also ensuring they operate as designed. + Analysis and specification of products/systems + Perform EMI / EMC testing and functional testing at hardware and electro mechanical product levels + Develops to support electrical part drawings in accordance with applicable standards + Interfaces with outside vendors for component selection, manufacturing, and assembly + Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports + Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications + Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.
