Design Engineer II

Join our team as a Design Engineer II! In this hybrid role, you'll work closely with senior engineers and gain valuable technical guidance. You'll be instrumental in gas main replacement and pipeline regulator station projects, leveraging your expertise to ensure all designs meet specifications. What You'll Do: 

Support the preparation of designs, including calculations and drawings while working with drafters to complete design packages.  Lead the development of design on simple projects and support complex projects within our Gas Programs team.  Participate in peer reviews and QC reviews.  Utilize CAD programs and software analysis tools in engineering design.  Understand and apply appropriate industry codes, standards, and regulations. 

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering from accredited university or equivalent program.  1+ years of natural gas engineering experience, preferably at an engineering consulting firm. Must have valid driver's license without restrictions for occasional project and client visits.

Benefits offered include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually. Full-time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours. May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
