Join our Gas Programs team as a Design Engineer II! You'll work closely with senior engineers, gaining valuable technical guidance on underground utility design and roadway projects. What You'll Do:

Support the preparation of designs, including calculations and drawings of gas distribution installations or gas utility relocations.  Lead the development of design on simple projects and support complex projects.  Learn CAD programs and software analysis tools utilized in engineering design.  Understand and apply appropriate industry codes, standards, and regulations. 

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering from accredited university or equivalent program.  1+ years of natural gas engineering experience, preferably at an engineering consulting firm. Must have valid driver's license without restrictions for occasional project and client visits (up to 10%) in the Shreveport, LA area. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Experience using AutoCAD, MicroStation, or ArcGIS software is a plus.
