Job Description:

The Specialty Components Group at Regal Rexnord is looking to employ an intern to support product testing, design, continuous improvement and corrective action projects as part of the engineering team. The primary responsibilities will be at the manufacturing site in Cudahy, WI.  Assignments will vary widely and only limited by your willingness and motivation to contribute.

Targeted candidates will have an interest in mechanical, electro-mechanical, electrical, materials, test or manufacturing engineering. Self-directed, action oriented, collaborators, learners and process-oriented enthusiasts are likely to have a rewarding experience. You should have at least one internship or significant team project experience as an intern or engineering student. Local candidates may have the option to work part time before summer and continue into the coming school year.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be pursuing an Engineering Bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited college or university (graduation date of December 2025 or after)

Previous engineering internship experience preferred

Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 or above

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point)  

Skill in using SolidWorks and National Instruments ​

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
