In order to expand our Design Firms coverage with a view to capture emerging opportunities, we are looking for a Design Firm Engineer professional. The person will be responsible for pipeline and sales growth of SE in the country. In this role you will own the relationship with our customers and will develop and implement the local commercial strategy for these strategic DF accounts, in order to profitably grow the sales of Schneider Electric products, solutions and services.
Essential functions/Responsibilities\:
· Deliver on operating plan for penetration rates, prescription actions
· Define entitlement & identify areas to penetrate and grow our presence in project portfolio;
· Lead multifunctional teams to drive customer satisfaction and growth;
· Conduit for solutions, detailed understanding of customer’s business model and how Schneider’s products, software and services develop and deliver added value to customers;
· Identify market trends and needs to ensure ongoing competitiveness of existing offers by understanding customer needs and shifts in demand and translating those in actionable plans;
· Build a clear communications strategy (Internally & externally).
