**Position Overview**
Be a part of ETS's impactful journey through our Global Marketing & Innovation (GMI) Internship Program. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in customer-centric, strategic projects within your assigned department, providing a comprehensive understanding of ETS’s business operations and insights into our industry’s evolving landscape.
The Design Intern will support the Website Experience Manager and Head of Web & eCommerce in optimizing the ETS.org website and delivering exceptional digital experiences. This role will involve:
+ Updating and optimizing website content and pages for engagement and consistency
+ Conducting user testing, analyzing feedback, and collaborating with UX designers to improve usability
+ Monitoring website performance metrics and supporting A/B testing initiatives
+ Working on eCommerce functionalities to ensure a seamless purchase experience for ETS products and services
+ Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development
**Program Details:**
This paid, hybrid internship is expected to begin in early June 2025 and last 8 weeks. Interns must be able to work from our U.S.-based office in Princeton, New Jersey.
**Required Skills:**
+ Basic understanding of web design principles and usability standards
+ Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal)
+ Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Adobe XD, or Figma for data analysis and UX design
+ Strong attention to detail for maintaining consistency in branding and design
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
**Preferred Skills:**
+ Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor website adjustments
+ Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and optimizing checkout processes
+ Exposure to A/B testing tools and performance optimization techniques
+ Interest in education technology and digital transformation
**Required Education:**
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in one of the following fields:
+ UX/UI Design
+ Digital Media
+ Computer Science
+ Information Systems
+ Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)
+ Graphic Design
