About this role
A national design firm specializing in hospitality and multifamily sectors is looking for a Design Lead in Los Angeles to head their new office. This person will be the brand champion, responsible for ensuring design excellence and reinforcing a culture of continuous improvement. This role is completely new, you will be able to utilize your years of expertise to shape LA based projects! This role will start in San Francisco and after 6-12 months relocate to Los Angeles.

Responsibilities:
 

Implementation of innovative design practices and driving improvements in standards Improve the sophistication of design through the adoption of new technology Chairing the design council Overseeing the sophistication and quality of design

Qualifications:
 

Experienced working on large-scale, high-design projects A leader with experience directing teams Contributor to award-winning designs Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
