About the position:

As a Design Lead, you will be pivotal in shaping and executing creative initiatives that captivate the audience and drive brand success. We're seeking an experienced professional with a keen eye for design and a natural aptitude for conceptualizing innovative design solutions and experiences. You'll work closely with the North American Design Team to evolve our brand, bring creative strategies to life, and execute designs across various platforms.

Your responsibilities will include:

Creative Strategy & Leadership

Conceptualize creative ideas and provide artistic direction that integrates seamlessly with our mission, values, and marketing objectives for campaigns, initiatives, and events. Effectively pitch concepts and communicate the reasoning behind data-driven solutions to Marketing Leaders. Participate in brainstorming and idea-generation sessions across departments to bring fresh and innovative concepts to the table, evolve our brand, and resonate with our targeted audience. Lead and execute design projects from ideation to completion while transforming ideas into compelling visual narratives.

Cross-Platform Design

Leverage your expert design skills and knowledge to create stunning visuals that raise brand awareness across digital, print, web, motion, and events. Ensure quality control and consistency in all design deliverables while maintaining a high standard of excellence. Confirm that all designs are optimized for various platforms and devices. Stay current with the latest design, techniques, and technologies to enhance creative output.

Collaboration & Project Management

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Content & Communications, Digital, Product Marketing, and Field Events, to understand their design needs and deliver solutions that support their goals. Facilitate communication and collaboration among Creative team members across different time zones and cultures. Uphold brand guidelines and standards to ensure that all team members utilize a consistent and recognizable brand identity across multiple channels and regions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously by ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality before they are live. Other qualities you will need to be a fit for this role include: 6+ years of design experience. A robust portfolio that showcases a deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.  Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, XD).  Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, especially with Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and outside of the box.  Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.  High motivation, a positive attitude, and self-sufficiency.  Excellent ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.  Willingness to work night shift and flexible hours to accommodate global project timelines. Design leadership and SaaS and/or Tech industry experience are a plus What's in it for me?
