Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Supervise Lead Engineer, Design Engineer, Designers，PML and ensures their work meets all internal/external requirements.  管控项目团队容易的告知符合内外部要求。
Oversees and recommends and implements all phases of the seat designs project to complete it within budget and to meet customer-determined project milestone and completion dates targets. 监督，建立和试试座椅面套设计项目的所有阶段，并保证在预算范围内完成，并达到客户确认的项目目标和日期。
Plans and executes complete engineering design projects, from initial design concept through to production release and post-production support. 计划并执行完整的工程设计项目，从最初的设计概念到生产发布和后期生产支持全模块。
Creates and oversees all D&D budgets.  Develops methods for frequent tracking and strategies for improving performance. 创建并监督所有D&D（研发和实验）预算，频繁跟踪并提升绩效。
Ensures that the product designs proposed by the design team are feasible and economical to produce in the manufacturing facilities and processes available, in particular through Faurecia program management mode. 确保设计团队提出的产品设计在现有的制造设备和生产工艺中是可行且经济的，并符合佛吉亚项目管理。
Ensures that the lead, projects engineers, design engineers and designers, and solutions meet all the requirements by giving them clear and complete directions regarding design concepts and parameters, and by evaluating their output. 给予工程团队提供设计概念和参数的明确清晰指导，并评估他们的产出，并确保他们的工作满足项目开发需求。
Contributes to manufacturing performance and customer service by assisting in the resolution of production or quality issues associated with the design. 协助解决和设计相关的生产和质量问题，来提升制作绩效和客户满意度。
Keeps their team informed about all relevant information; he/she responsible for managing all Human Resources of their team including their professional development and annual performance reviews and participation in recruitment. 让团队了解所有工作需要的信息，管理团队的人员发展，年度评价，日常招聘等工作。
Works closely with DCJV Management to understand and achieve DCJV program milestones. 和管理层密切合作，了解并实现合资公司目标
Work unassisted to produce design the pattern of trim cover. 对面套项目的设计和验证负责
Produce drawing of seat trim cover. 可独立绘制座椅面套设计

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Minimum education level:  Bachelor of Science Engineering   理科学士
Experience :
Must have 5 years design background in automotive manufacturing.   5年以上的汽车设计背景
Minimum 10 years experience in automotive engineering field  10年以上汽车工程师经验
Extensive experience with Asian OEMs, SGM/SVW experience is preferable   熟悉亚太OEM，尤其上汽体系

Skills and competencies
Extensive track record in managing product design team 丰富的工程管理能力
Good communications skills  良好的沟通技巧
Strong knowledge of automotive specific engineering process (example: design to cost, DFMA, DFA/DFM, etc…) 对汽车特定工程流程有一定了解（如成本设计，DFMA,DFA/DFM）
Bi-lingual preferred (Chinese and English) 英语流利
