Design Optimization Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Support Mechanical Design Optimization Projects: Contribute to projects aimed at improving our engineering and manufacturing processes. Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and process raw data and conduct analysis to support data-driven project prioritization. Quality Assurance: Assist in providing quality assurance for new designs and bills of material to ensure they meet our high standards. Cost/Benefit Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive cost/benefit analyses for proposed projects. Troubleshooting and Clarification: Work closely with manufacturing teams to troubleshoot and clarify design concerns, ensuring smooth implementation and production.Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret complex data. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and manufacturing teams. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality assurance. Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-sufficiency in problem-solving. Experience in engineering or manufacturing processes is a plus. Familiarity with CREO and/or AutoCAD is a plus.
