What we expect:

You should have:

Interest in telecommunications in Radio and MicrowaveBasic understanding of Telecommunication technologies: 2G, 3G, 4G LTE and 5G.Understanding of radio waves and propagation, antennas interference, modulation etcBasic coding and programming skillsAnalytical engineering mindsetInterpolation of DataAbility to multitaskGood knowledge of Microsoft suit (Excel, word, PowerPoint)Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of workExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors.
