Management of Ford Performance Parts Accessory Package product lifecycles including design, development, design verification, launch, and product maintenance including establishing component and system targets and specifications. Design, Develop, Release and Test Ford Performance Parts (FPP) Accessory Packages requiring interface with other Engineers, Planning, Purchasing, Prgm Mgmt, Finance, and Automotive Safety Office Investigate and develop ideas for new accessory product offeringsSupport Dealer and Customer Service questions on accessories including Accessory Hotline supportUtilize Team Center, TcVis Mockup, WERS, FPP PCR System, SharePoint, EDMSCoordinate and complete Cost, Feasibility, and Timing (CFT) for FPP and GFA accessories. Requirements for Cost, Feasibility, and Timing are CAD package studies in Team Center, TcVis Mockup, and initial Bill of Material. Interface with PD Engineering for feasibility as required. Lead compliance to Ford requirements, DVP&Rs, and sign-offsInterface with planning, program management, vehicle programs, and other teamsSupport program PMT meetings and Engineering meetingsInterface with Supplier and/or FPP Core team in support of Design Rules, Requirements, and Foundation DocumentsDevelop and coordinate Instruction Sheets for Dealer or Customer installation of accessories. The Instruction Sheet development will require in-depth development with Team Center, TcVis Mockup, and Power PointCoordinate Instruction Sheet Validation Fit-up with local team members. Lead and procure the Fitment through GIPRS or Aurora.
