As our Design/Sales Consultant, you'll interface with designers and end users to execute on how to best meet their needs and engage in the coordination of each sale/design project. Your Role: + Sales & Project Management: Conduct in-home consultations, take measurements, and handle technical aspects of each sale. Ensure smooth coordination with installers and oversee project details from inquiry to completion. + Client Consultations: Provide personalized design guidance, create project scopes, and manage each sale end-to-end, ensuring exceptional service and design execution. + Account Management: Build strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication and a commitment to quality and transparency. + Showroom Management: Assist with appointments and walk-in clients as needed, ensuring a welcoming and professional space. + Local Travel: Serve clients within a 30-mile radius, with occasional longer trips. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. We prioritize work-life balance and respect your time! Who We’re Looking For: + Design Enthusiast: A background in design is a bonus but not essential—we provide all the training you’ll need! + Sales Experience: Skilled in in-home sales, quoting, and precise measuring. Strong project and account management experience is a plus. + People Person: Excellent communication skills to build lasting relationships with clients and teammates. + Flexible and Positive: Adaptable and motivated, able to manage multiple projects with a can-do attitude.
