We offer competitive compensation and benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Holiday Pay, Education Incentives, and more. **WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:** + Supporting Sales team customer engagement with on-site evaluation, technical issues, and providing a detailed scope of work including pricing. + Providing recommendations to the sales team as far as optimal equipment and technologies required for each project. + Maintaining and updating CRM software with project estimates. + Assisting the sales process with hands-on demonstrations. + Re-evaluating projects sold prior to installation to ensure that equipment and services sold are procured from economical sources. + Overseeing submittal process to design firms and or municipalities/agencies involved in obtaining permits and approvals for booked projects. + Conducting meetings with Sales Representatives and customers to present project approvals. + Creating AutoCAD drawings of projects during the sales process and Asset sheets for installed materials. **WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:** + Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or at least 5 years of related technical design experience or commensurate combination of education experience. + Must possess a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of IT Networks infrastructure, servers, routers, etc. to properly design IP-based security solutions and communicate scope and responsibilities with the customer. + Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customers and personal services. + Knowledge of practical application of engineering science and technology. + Knowledge of principles and methods of showing, promoting, and selling products or services. + Possess willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges. **YOUR ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:** The physical environment requires the employee to work inside.
