We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented UX, Design Systems Lead Manager to lead the creation, optimization, and governance of our design system. This role requires deep expertise in Figma, UI tokens, and design-to-development workflows, as well as a strategic mindset to foster collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency with strong communication and leadership skills to ensure the design systems continued growth and adoption across our global organization.
