In this role, you will be required to work autonomously with a group of peers who aren’t experts in design—that’s what you’re there for. Here are a few of the things to start: - Create social media content to use in our recruitment campaigns - Help edit UGC content from employees to use on our social channels - Rebrand our PPT templates, career site, and all candidate-facing materials to showcase our employee value proposition If you're ready to make your mark in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, this is the opportunity of a lifetime! **Basic Qualifications** - 5+ years of experience in graphic design, digital content creation, or related roles. - Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). - Strong video editing skills with proficiency in software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. - Proven ability to create visually compelling designs across various mediums (digital, print, video). - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and adhering to brand guidelines. - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications** - 5+ years of cutting-edge visual design experience across print, interactive, environmental, social media, and direct marketing channels—ready to leave an impact wherever your creativity lands. - Proven background in fast-paced, high-energy creative or digital agencies, where big ideas come to life. - Mastery in branding, style guides, and digital marketing across platforms (Email, SMS/PUSH, paid social, display)—you know the rules, and when to break them. - Figma and Adobe Creative Suite wizardry—your design toolkit is limitless. - A deep understanding of user experience principles—you create visuals that don’t just catch the eye but capture the mind. - A portfolio that’s not just a collection of designs, but a showcase of stunning, bold work that speaks for itself. - Versatile experience across a spectrum of projects—design systems, responsive web, OOH, you name it, you’ve crushed it. - A solid command of typography, grids, and inclusive design—precision and thoughtfulness down to the last pixel. - Obsessive attention to detail, because good design is in the details—and you’re always one step ahead. - Adaptable, strategic, and unfazed by ambiguity—your design vision thrives in changing conditions and business needs. - A collaborator who thrives in feedback-rich environments, balancing stakeholder input while staying true to your creative vision. - A master problem-solver with a passion for storytelling—pushing creative boundaries to the edge. - Sharp business acumen, knowing how to drive results without compromising on brand standards. - You bring an elevated taste level—always pushing for designs that are not just good but exceptional. For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$91,000 per year - USD$101,500 per year. For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$101,000 per year - USD$112,500 per year. For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$91,000 per year - USD$101,500 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
