Apple is looking for a talented designer to join the WW Retail Engagement and Marketing team. In this role, you will design experiences and content that inform, inspire, and motivate Apple Retail teams around the world! **Description** We’re looking for a talented designer that can quickly turn complex ideas into simplified and beautiful creative solutions. You’ll help craft clear and inspiring experiences, brand identities, and campaigns using Keynote, photography, illustration, motion graphics, and more. And you’ll work closely with fellow designers, strategists, writers, video creatives, and subject matter experts from all across Apple. **Minimum Qualifications** + 4+ years experience in experiential design or creative environment, with a proven mastery of Keynote, Illustrator or Photoshop + A portfolio of work that showcases strong knowledge of good design principles, typography, layout or motion graphics expertise **Key Qualifications** **Preferred Qualifications** + 5+ years experience in developing creative concepts and content from ideas to execution + Proven record driving collaboration and ability to confidently articulate concepts and present work + Experience working with international creative teams + Ability to drive multiple priorities simultaneously on deadline and within budget. + Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies, including ML/AI and VR/XR. + Bachelors degree preferred in fine arts, graphic design or relevant equivalent **Education & Experience** **Additional Requirements** **Pay & Benefits** + At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $115,100 and $173,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
