Engineering Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to create and modify the standard designs of equipment, systems, or installations, including standard specifications for manufacturing, fabrication, or construction, using standard design concepts. Each day, you will design engineering solutions, including drawings and calculations according to contract specifications. You will also showcase your expertise by contributing to design reviews and design verification and modifying the design, as necessary. - 独立完成的简单项目的低压开关柜的工程设计，如工程图纸、BOM和其他项目文件等。- 列出项目偏差和客户更改内容，并传递给项目管理工程师。- 按照项目计划和项目成本进行项目设计，确保项目交付及时且高质量。- 识别和汇报项目设计的风险。- 参加与客户的项目技术会议，介绍产品和项目设计澄清。- 与供应链管理部门合作，评估产品的技术参数是否符合项目的技术要求，必要时应协助准备产品的技术要求，如槽钢、母线桥等。- 协助报价/销售/售后与客户就具体项目技术问题进行沟通。- 使用标准流程和工具进行项目设计，能够发现低效的流程和工具，并提出更改建议

Qualifications for the role

大学本科，电气相关专业，1年到3年工作经验良好的团队合作能力抗压能力，能够应对来自不同职能和项目的压力良好的问题分析和决策能力良好的英语能力
