About the role
This is an important role, working across the full Digital Experience team. You will be gate-keeper for all BAU briefs raised by a diverse range of partners, ensuring they meet our requirements before planning them into the team’s workload for successful delivery onto boots.com.
Your responsibilities
Pre-flighting briefs to ensure information is complete
Collaboration with partner
Manage Production Teams workload, assigning tasks and projects with the most efficient use of resource
Manage our workflow tool (Wrike)
Status management of briefs in flight, escalating risks and opportunities
Forward planning and estimating
Our ideal candidate
Industry experience in Traffic Management and/or Project Management
Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, remaining calm under pressure
Adept with MS tools especially Excel
High attention to detail and an ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment
