At the heart of our not-for-profit mission lies a commitment to our 3.4 million members –– and we’re looking for a Designer to help bring that mission to life through meaningful, accessible, and engaging communications. As a key member of the Brand Design team, you’ll use your skills to push boundaries and create compelling print and digital experiences, captivating omni-channel campaigns, and supporting materials that drive trust and understanding. With at least 4 years of professional design experience, you’ll collaborate across departments to ensure our work represents the highest standards of design. Job Responsibilities
Concept and design print and digital projects across all levels of complexity and formats, including development of design templates to establish standard formats for presentations, reports, brochures and other materials.Participate and deliver design solutions by demonstrating ideas in a variety of formats.Collaborate with team members to ensure brand consistency and quality output.Prepare materials for proper hand off to developers, in-house print production, and/or outside vendors.Job Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environmentExperience

Strong design skills, meticulous attention to details, and the ability to think strategically to create multiple solutions addressing the needs of our members.Proficient in Adobe CC with emphasis on InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, Strong oral and written communication skills.A positive attitude, a growth mindset, and a desire to collaborate and learn.Must be a team player, organized, and able to handle multiple projects while working independently or in a team environment.Number of Openings Available:
