Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and cross-functional teams to ideate, create, and execute groundbreaking creative campaigns across digital, social, and emerging channels. Actively explore and leverage AI-powered design tools, creative automation, and emerging tech to enhance creative output, optimize workflows, and push the boundaries of what’s creatively possible. Confidently present and articulate design concepts and strategic thinking to senior stakeholders, and clients. Foster rapid, agile creative processes, encouraging experimentation and quick iterative solutions to creative challenges. Lead creative discussions, mentor junior designers, and cultivate a culture of curiosity, adaptability, and continuous learning. Partner with project managers to balance innovation with practical timelines, always delivering high-impact, scalable creative solutions.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5+ years' experience in design and art direction within creative, or advertising environments. Proven leadership in creative team management, ideally in an agency setting. Demonstrated experience integrating AI-driven tools, automation platforms, or generative design techniques into the creative process. Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, exceptional design execution, and adaptability across advertising, branding, social media, digital, motion graphics, and video. Passionate about technology, innovation, and staying ahead of creative and tech trends. Creative problem solver with a knack for agile and efficient solutioning.
