To design/create industry leading graphics and prints for the adidas brand as part of an international design team, through execution, color and construction in cooperation with the wider creative direction team for adidas.

Finding meaning in past and future design trends around, sports, art, science, fashion, pop culture & sub-culture and bringing them into the graphic story and content creation for future direction for the brand with a specific focus on North America.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and develop creative graphic solutions to future concepts and direction for the brand. Present the design in context to other categories. Contribute to curating, designing, and communicating visual content for future creative direction for the brand . Self-manage own creative process and execute towards given design languages for the future seasons. Execute graphic design work according to the visual language of adidas as well as given Corporate Identity guidelines according to legal guidance. Verbally and visually presents graphic ideas and details with clarity in small groups and meetings. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including Tend & Insights, Product Design, Color and BU Graphic Design teams to ensure cohesive visual communication. Submit all relevant information needed for the development process such as original artworks, color indication, execution information, artwork sizes to finalize graphic artworks. Creating 3D concept representation, 3D assets, digital product information for an accurate development and decision-making process Support to create, presents, and applies Creative Direction specific presentations

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong knowledge of graphic design with awareness of the competitive market Strong presentation and communication skills Apparel graphic knowledge / apparel product knowledge High level of creativity Strong knowledge and use of computer design software/systems (Photoshop, Illustrator, Power Point) Fluent in English
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
BA or MA in Graphic design or comparable education Minimum 4 years of experience in graphic design
