**Job Summary:**
The Designer - Hospitals will be a highly skilled and creative professional responsible for contributing to the design and development of innovative and high-quality healthcare facilities within the NEOM The Line project. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare architecture, a patient-centered design approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Contribute to the development of design concepts and schemes for hospital facilities, considering factors such as functionality, patient flow, safety, and aesthetics.
+ Prepare and present design proposals, sketches, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
+ Develop and detail design drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and details.
+ Conduct research and analysis on relevant industry trends, best practices, and innovative healthcare design solutions.
+ Collaborate with architects, engineers, medical professionals, and other design professionals to ensure the integrated design and delivery of the project.
+ Assist in the selection of materials, finishes, and equipment.
+ Ensure the design complies with all relevant building codes, regulations, and healthcare standards.
+ Contribute to the development of design documentation and specifications.
+ Participate in design reviews and construction meetings.
+ Stay abreast of the latest advancements in healthcare architecture and technology.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
+ Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on healthcare facility design (hospitals, clinics, etc.).
+ Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
+ Passion for innovative design and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
