Roles and Responsibilities - Have a robust understanding of the design process and its application. Drive creative brainstorm sessions and ideation workshops - Support new business initiatives and work with a cross-disciplinary team to help define and execute concept direction to meet the clients’ business needs - You may need to work closely with client team that may include Product Owners, Delivery managers, Product Designers - Identify customer needs and requirements by working closely with internal and external stakeholders - Create wireframes, prototypes, interaction diagrams, pattern libraries, and user flows to convey the design - Analyze existing systems and understand new needs of the business and target audience - Support User research activities like user interviews, usability tests and provide actionable reports summarizing results - Document discussions, key design decisions, concepts and the finalized scope - Coordinate design activities with all artistic and creative departments to ensure that deadlines are met and project goals are achieved - Lead by example, inspiring others with the quality of your own work, your ability to clearly articulate your vision and design decisions - Presenting work to internal teams and clients, encouraging collaborative dialogue and building consensus around solutions - Contribute to the development of design best practices and design systems Preferred Qualifications and Experience - Masters/Bachelors degree in design discipline or At least 2+ years of experience working as a User Experience designer - 2-4 years of industry experience - An online portfolio showcasing latest projects (school/live).
