Designer III - UX Design

Role Proficiency:

Independently create functional and appealing user interfaces applications and features that address the client’s requirements. Guide the junior designers on the team

Outcomes:

      Develop prototypes and models to use in various products to maximize aesthetic consistency.       Translate the UX design into interaction prototypes and artefacts.       Assists in the collection of client requirements.       Participate in user research and generate end-user insights under the guidance of leads and specialists.       Assists in analysing user research data assists in writing report and communicating results to UX and Design team.       Assists converting research findings into actionable results.       Executes user testing remote testing paper prototype testing iterative prototype testing and concept testing.       Design and provide recommendations for enhancements as needed.       Adheres to standards and processes help others follow the processes   Mentor Junior Designers Collaborates with other members in the pursuit of common missions vision values and mutual goals.
