Summary
Under the direction of the Chief Learning Officer, communicates, plans, and strategizes with organizational development team, subject matter experts and stakeholders to create high-quality course content, learning activities, and other training solutions to support organizational training and development.The position is responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating a broad range of organizational instructional solutions to be delivered through a variety of methods including digital platforms.
Responsibilities
+ Design learning strategies for various organizational training and development programs
+ Develop learning materials, such as courses, presentations, video tutorials, and other resources
+ Create high quality supporting material including leader guides, participant guides, handouts, job aids, manuals, storyboards, etc.
+ Evaluate and assess learning
+ Improve existing learning strategies and resources
+ Tracks multiple indicators to assess effectiveness of instruction and training
Requirements, Preferences and Experience
Three years' experience that includes instructional design and web-based learning programs.
Bachelor's Degree in Learning/Instructional Design, Education/Instructional Technology, or Learning and Development
