Your Role
As a Gensler Designer with our team in Baltimore, your job is to combine creativity and technical knowledge with business skills and understanding to produce functionally beautiful spaces for clients. With you as part of the team, our designs have never been so engaging.
What You Will Do
Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from an accredited program.0-3 years of professional experience in interior design, architecture, or related fields.Strong skills in Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling software.Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and SPEXX is a plus.Understanding of the design process, space planning, and material selection.Experience with FF&E specifications, furniture systems, and color/material applications.Strong 3D conceptual thinking and graphic presentation skills for effective communication of designAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.Detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.Knowledge of sustainable design principles and certifications (LEED, WELL, Fitwel, Net Zero, etc.) is preferred.Candidates with portfolio projects demonstrating sustainable design solutions are encouraged to apply.For consideration, please submit resume and relevant work samples.
