Deskside Support Engineer (French & English Speaker) – Paris (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Deskside Support Engineer to join our team in Paris, providing on-site and remote technical support to end-users. This role is ideal for a customer-focused IT professional with expertise in Mac (70%) and Windows (30%) environments, troubleshooting hardware, software, and mobile applications. As the face of IT, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and engaging support experience.

 

The Role:

Provide deskside support for Mac & Windows systems, including laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile applications. Respond to end-user queries related to hardware, software, and applications, ensuring swift issue resolution. Install, configure, and troubleshoot end-user computing devices and peripherals. Manage ServiceNow ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of support requests. Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and continuously improve support processes. Collaborate with vendors and internal IT teams for escalations and advanced troubleshooting. Provide technical guidance and training to end-users as needed.

 

What you will bring:

Minimum of 3+ years in a customer-facing deskside support or end-user computing role. Bachelor's degree in IT, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience. Strong experience supporting MacOS, Windows, and Microsoft Office applications. Basic networking knowledge (Airwatch, SCCM, Cisco routers & switches). Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools. Certifications such as A+ and Network+ (preferred). Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work directly with end-users. Fluency in French & English (both written and spoken). Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends if required (not expected).
