Major engineering company is seeking a Deskside Support IT Technician for a contract role to be based in Houston, TX. Role expected to last up to 6 months and is 100% on-site.

Duties & Requirements
Ideally 2-3 years of experience in the below:

Laptop imaging Microsoft Suite experience Windows experience Tier 1 or 2 support experience Answer software and hardware questions. Prepare laptops ready for group. Ability to solve both hardware and software issues If experience setting up WAN/LAN networks, that is a plus.
