Job Description: \n

Responsibilities\n

The DCE will develop and maintain all desktopclient system images for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and USCENTCOM Partner networks to include remote access and Communication Fly-Away Kits clients. The DCE's full time duty location will be onsite at Shaw AFB, SC but travel may be required to countries within the CENTCOM Area of Operations.\n

Job duties: \n\nProvide design, implementation and support for desktopclient systems including thick, thin, virtual, and cloud-based technologies.\nMonitor and analyze a wide array of desktopclient performance metrics to recognize substandard Troubleshoots and develops viable options to resolve substandard performance anomalies both remotely and locally.\nUse technical writing skills to develop and maintain system concept of operations (CONOPS), engineering plans, TTPs, and user guides for DesktopClient \nResearch alternative and emerging DesktopClient System technologies to address customer requirements and ensure recommendations are interoperable with existing Enterprise solutions.\nMultitask across multiple complex production environments with multiple \nPerform analysis for collaboration of network \/ system needs and participate in planning, designing, upgrading and deployment of enterprise datacenter hardware and software using a project-based timeline.\nCoordinate with the Project Management Office (PMO) for all new customer \n\n

Qualifications\n\nSenior-level and higher- B.S. in related field AND 5 or more years relevant IT experience; OR 7 or more years relevant IT experience AND Firewall experience.\nMid-level or lower- Associates in related field and 3 or more years' relevant IT experience; OR 5 or more years of relevant IT experience AND Firewall experience.\nNetwork+ or CCNA and ITIL Foundation required.\nActive Secret Clearance required. \n\n
