The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in digital workplace infrastructure and support systems, with a focus on designing and delivering scalable solutions that meet global enterprise standards. Must Haves: + 5 or more years’ experience working as a desktop engineer or a similar role in an environment using Win10/Win11 enterprise. + 5 or more years’ experience working with MECM/SCCM. + 3 or more years’ experience using Microsoft Intune for Mobile Device Management and desktop device management preferred. + 3 or more years’ experience managing O365 / M365 as an administrator + 3 or more years of Powershell experience Requirements Key Responsibilities: + Lead international digital workplace projects, including integration and migration initiatives across global offices. + Implement, and support enterprise endpoint solutions using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and Microsoft Intune. + Design and deploy Windows Autopilot workflows for seamless device provisioning. + Manage and maintain Windows 10/11 Enterprise environments at scale. + Administer and enforce endpoint policies through Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and Intune Compliance & Configuration Policies. + Create and manage MSI packages and modern app deployment strategies. + Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell to streamline operations. + Support and maintain Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and productivity applications. + Manage software deployment, patching, and lifecycle for core productivity apps such as Adobe Acrobat, Google Chrome, and enterprise browser environments. + Act as a subject matter expert for cross-functional IT teams during global rollouts and upgrades. + Collaborate with security, networking, and support teams to ensure system compliance and security posture. + Contribute to the development of global IT standards and documentation. *Email valerie.montoya@rht(.com) for consideration* **"Only applicants residing in the Los Angeles area will be considered; all others will not be eligible."** Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
