We are looking for a Desktop Solutions Supervisor who will manage, lead and develop the Desktop Solutions group; assist the TCD Division Manager/OIC in division planning, implementing projects/advantage programs/rapid developments, supporting Business Development and other TCD related tasks; and contribute to the achievement of the department’s goals, objectives, and KPIs.

Responsibilities:

Assigns, delegates, manages, and monitors tasks and personnel utilization. Evaluates and cascades the division goals and objectives to staff members. Formulates the KRAs and KPIs of staff members and ensures alignment to the division, department and corporate goals. Monitors and evaluates the performance of the staff members and provides constructive feedback. Mentors and coaches the staff members for growth and development. Directs and oversees the conceptualization, documentation, and implementation of the Division’s standard Business Processes Manages project implementations. Leads and manages provision of Technical Services. Leads and manages the tasks and members of a subgroup within a project or engagement. Interviews stakeholders and gathers requirements. Understands and analyzes client’s business requirements, business/use cases. Interprets requirements to functional and non-functional requirements. Investigates and evaluates client’s existing systems and databases that are related to the project. Creates and configures GIS web applications, mobile applications and dashboards using ArcGIS configurable tools and apps. Conducts presentations/demos to demonstrate capabilities of ArcGIS software and apps Automates common and/or repeatable GIS tasks, processes, and analysis workflows.
