We’re looking for a Desktop Technician to join our team. In order to deliver our exceptional services, we need dedicated and enthusiastic, hard-working, and customer service-oriented technicians. The Desktop Technician is responsible for providing end-user support relative to software, hardware, and network assistance. Responsibilities: + Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure, dealing with ongoing problems and deadlines. + Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals. + Ability to troubleshoot BSOD + Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems. + Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures. + Expert with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. + Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
