Kforce has a client in Beaverton, OR that is seeking a Desktop Specialist - Level 2. Summary: In this role, the Desktop Specialist will be imaging PCs, fulfilling new hire requests, on-site and remote break-fix incidents, termination incidents, retrieving PC equipment from remote terms and checking for usability and cleanliness. This is for a large healthcare organization located in Beaverton, OR. This role will be onsite 5 days a week. Duties include: * Conference room equipment upkeep * Onsite support for key-site contacts * PC repair with Dell vendor * Printer support * Creating shipping boxes to ship equipment out and term returns * Inventory managment * Disposals
