Job Description
A large financial client is looking for a mid-level to senior Desktop Support Technician sitting in NYC. They will be primarily responsible for supporting and troubleshooting any issues clients may have with a high sense of urgency. Daily activities include promptly responding to any Service Now tickets received, various break fix issues, and heavily troubleshooting mobile application users. Role is in-office 5 days per week.

Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a L2/L3 Desktop Support role in an enterprise level environment
- Strong customer servicing skills and team collaboration/communication abilities
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11
- Strong knowledge of O365 (preferably involved in a migration to O365)
- Experience with Service Now ticketing system, Zoom and Slack
- Hardware / Inventory experience - Intune for laptops, PCs and mobile devices
- Citrix or XenApp
- Client training/ instruction
- Trade Floor / Market Data experience
- WorkSite or FileSite experience (Document management system) null
