**ONLY W2 CANDIDATES ( NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE)** **Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist** **Location: Topeka, KS - ONSITE ( 5 DAYS A WEEK)** **Pay Range: $19-20/hr** **Full Time - 40 hours per week** **What’s the Job?** + Repairs, maintains, and installs computer hardware such as peripheral equipment and systems.. + Provides technical assistance to computer system users. + Answers questions to resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone, or from remote locations. + Provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems. + Provides training on hardware and software to users in classroom and one-on-one situations. **Minimum Qualifications:** Six months configuring and installing/replacing software, hardware, and connecting peripherals.
